Andre and Trisha hired me to sell their home in West Bradford and move them to a location closer to his work in Wilmington DE.  I successfully completed both the sale of their home and the negotiations of their new construction.  2 months after the sale was complete I assisted them in Tax appeal on their new home which reduced their annual taxes by nearly 30%.  I also assisted them in a pre warranty inspection of their new home 12 months later which enabled them to negotiate with the builder for anything that had gone wrong.
